Ivy Bank iOS App Issue Impacting Downloads and Updates in Apple App Store. The Apple App Store is currently experiencing an issue that has impacted the ability to download or update the Ivy Bank iOS app. Right now, if you try to download or update the app, it will install our parent bank, Cambridge Savings Bank’s mobile app—which doesn’t support Ivy Bank accounts. If you already have the Ivy Bank app on an Apple device, you’re all set and can continue using it normally. Android users are not impacted. You can continue to access your account anytime through Online Banking.
