Online Banking and our mobile app will be unavailable from Friday, February 6th to Monday, February 9th while we complete the upgrade.
Once the upgrade is complete, you may log in to our mobile app or at ivybank.com.
Reminder: We’ll never ask for your username, password, or secure access code by text or online message. Never share login details or codes with anyone who calls you.

Yes. Please make sure your contact information—especially your phone number and email—is up to date before the upgrade begins. You can update your contact information in Online Banking, by phone or secure email.
No. If you already use Online Banking, you’ll simply log in as usual. We also have enhanced password security standards that will require you to establish a new password. You’ll be prompted to change your password upon login.
Yes, you'll have access to 2 years of transaction history.
Yes, up to 7 years of online statements will remain available.

While SMS text command banking is being discontinued, Online and Mobile Banking give you fast, secure access to all your account information.
