We’re upgrading Online Banking and our mobile app to bring you a faster, smoother experience. With a refreshed look and improved features, managing your money is about to get even better. Here's what you need to know.

Online Banking Availability

Online Banking and our mobile app will be unavailable from Friday, February 6th to Monday, February 9th while we complete the upgrade.

  • All tools and features will be inaccessible during this time
  • If you need support, call us at 855.489.2256. Our contact center will have extended hours: Saturday 2/7 (8am–4pm ET), Sunday 2/8 (10am–2pm ET), and Monday–Wednesday (7:30am–7pm ET).
  • We’ll let you know once the upgrade is complete on Monday, February 9th.

First Login After the Upgrade

Once the upgrade is complete, you may log in to our mobile app or at ivybank.com.

  • Apple users will need to update the existing app, and Android users will need to download our new app and delete the old one (we’ll share the download link when it’s ready).
  • You’ll receive a secure access code via email or text and be asked to reset your password upon first login.
  • To ensure everything goes smoothly, double-check your login & security settings to make sure we have your current email and phone number on file before February 6thReview and update your information here.

Reminder: We’ll never ask for your username, password, or secure access code by text or online message. Never share login details or codes with anyone who calls you.

The Online Banking upgrade will take place from February 6th to February 9th. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, so you know exactly when to expect changes.

Yes. Please make sure your contact information—especially your phone number and email—is up to date before the upgrade begins. You can update your contact information in Online Banking, by phone or secure email.

No. If you already use Online Banking, you’ll simply log in as usual. We also have enhanced password security standards that will require you to establish a new password. You’ll be prompted to change your password upon login.

Yes, you'll have access to 2 years of transaction history.

Yes, up to 7 years of online statements will remain available.

Yes. You’ll need a browser that supports HTML5. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best, most secure experience.  

Older browser versions may not work with the new online banking, including:  

  • Internet Explorer: Version 11 and below  
  • Firefox: Version 24 and below  
  • Chrome: Version 30 and below  
  • Safari: Version 6 and below  

If you’re using an older version, please update your browser before the upgrade to avoid disruption.  

While SMS text command banking is being discontinued, Online and Mobile Banking give you fast, secure access to all your account information.

Your alerts and notifications will remain the same after the upgrade.

You’ll receive your secure access code by email or text message, depending on your current settings.

Emails will come from info@notifications.ivybank.com.

Make sure your email and phone number under Security options in Online Banking are up to date, as you’ll need them to access the new experience → Review and update your information here.

No. Your accounts, account numbers, and personal information will remain the same after the upgrade.

Yes, account nicknames will carry over to the upgraded experience.
