  1. Log in starting February 9 
    Once the upgrade is complete, you can sign in through the mobile app or at ivybank.com.

  1. Verify your identity 
    When you log in for the first time, you’ll receive a secure access code by email or text. Enter this code to verify your identity. You’ll then be prompted to create a new password (we’ve strengthened our password requirements to help keep your account even more secure). 

  1. Review the updated terms & conditions 
    You’ll be asked to open and review the Online Banking Agreement by clicking the link provided. You must click this link to proceed.

 

  1. Acknowledge and accept the terms & conditions 
    Finally, check the box confirming that you: 
    1. Agree to receive communications electronically 
    2. Have received, read, and accept the updated terms and conditions.
